How do we buy arcana gems on PC ?

You have to put funds in your steam wallet. The game will take the money from there for all purchases.

doesn't work, when i press the + button nothing happens. Other than the skill and avatar gachas, everything else is locked and cannot be accessed.

If possible, run the game with no compatibility options (but you can try even with).

Close the game if it's running.

Open steam -> Go to Library -> Click SaoIF from list -> Click big green play button

Don't alt tab, or do anything weird while the game launches. Once you're in, go to the shop and try to make a purchase. For some reason opening the game thru that route worked for me yesterday. And it just worked for someone on the discord.

If it still doesn't work, then im not sure, because it seems to be a random problem at the moment with no clear reason why.

compatibility like, run as admin, run as windows 7/8/vista

Is your computer currently running windows, vista or mac?

Out of curiosity, what curency do you use ? Might be the reason.

My experience with the shop though, is it works if I launch it from steam it self. But if I launch it thru the .exe in the SAOIF folder, I cant click the + button on gems, and can't view the boost or pack pages.

its possible. If your country is one that bans most lootboxes/gambling, then that might be the reason. This game is fundamentally a gacha/lootbox game

i don't see why i could do it on phone but not on pc. Would have been helpfull if they did crossplateform and transfer arcana gems properly

mm unfortunately for a lot of mobile games, they cant transfer currencies that involve Real money. It's not limited to SAO in this aspect.

I'm still suspecting there's an app on your computer, or something going on where your game isn't running thru steam to start. But without being able to actually see it myself and play around with it, i would have no idea

skill record and avatar shop dont have a monetary value to them. Where the other tabs will show a monetary price, instead of gems.

hi, I have the same problem, i try to use an another laptop (this one is fully clean) with an another account steam that I created just for that, with a new saoif account, and that not work, I don't have the "+" , boost, pack, etc... I just have the page "skill" & "avatar", so its a real problem for me.
a long time ago, when I am on phone at start of game, i have them.
a chum have download the game at same time than me and he don't have the problem.
please, I'm desperate, I'm gonna be crazy, there is someone can help me and fix it ?

im having the same issues i have tried every way that has been discussed and some and nothing has worked i love the game but this is annoying af
