Will this be cross play?

the real question should be about the transfer of arcana gems(premium currency) that is not possibile between IOS and Android so i wonder about that on steam, i will keep playing it on mobile but i want to test the controller support

Not a fresh start. Players can transfer their account over to steam. You can however choose to just restart if you want.

you can but need to transfer every time the account on the other platform, and you lose all your arcana currency, that's a big turn down to me
