Does it works? every time i try to put it in my account on the official site it says "not a valid web kode". someone can help me?

Obviously, i select the right platform and type the right code. it simply says Not a valid web kode everytime. Tried to send an email to wbgames, no answers for now.

I think I know what your problem is. Make sure you use all capital letters. Mine still isn't working though, but i'm having a different problem. When I tried lower case letter it said "not a valid code", but when I put it in capital letters, it says "There was a problem updating your account".

I assume so. There are instructions on their web site for how to register the codes for ps3 and xbox 360, but nothing related to PC. I don't think they like us PC gamers very much.
