Raiden combo issue

I used to play raiden on360 quite a bit, but for some reason i cant do the combo's i used to do can anyone else pulls these off?
xbox controller
A,A,B,U,D(issue here)D,L,Y,A,A,B,R,L,A

no matter what i do i cant connect with the electricute after the teleport.... where on the consoles i could do it 70% of the time... getting me really frustrated

alot of the combos here use it if you want a visual*

i think it was possible in earlier versions of the game, but not in the current patch

now you have to do either standing 1 (X, square) or forward 2 (Y, triangle) before electrocute
timing is tricky at first, especially online
