Will the game run with Xbox One controller?

I will buy the game and I am just wondering if I will be able to play the game with the Xbox One controller without having to download any additional software.I know that it can run with Xbox 360 controller and without software,but my question is about Xbox one.If someone tried it,i'd like to know.Thanks

I use one with mine, so yes. It's functionally identical, but better built.

How do i get to the Alternate costumes with an Xbone controller?? The Menu button is supposed to work like the Start Button but it doesn't work... I press it and nothing happens...literally everything else is mapped accordingly, EXCEPT that..

Not if you are on Windows 10. (I don't know what O.S. you run because you neglected to tell us)
