Mortal Kombat - D3D Runtime Not Installed

I seen a couple of people experiencing this problem as well. The problem is, after installing and opening the game, it gives me a message and says "This game requires the June 2010 DirectX Redistributable Package. Please reinstall the game."
I tried re-installing twice, but it did not help. Tried looking on youtube, nothing.
Googling, nothing.
And I came here, and found nothing.
So is there any way to fix this? I bought this game and I want to play it, but it won't work and I don't want to think I wasted my money.

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109 Try installing this one, then install the redists in _CommonRedist folder and restart your computer. Are you using a laptop or a desktop?

I've got the same issue also i tried to install new Direct10 as it says but it does not work still.
