found Fix for online MP problems (empty lobbies or unable to join rooms or find players)

I've seen a good bit of people who have online problems with this game like empty lobbies, unable to join matches or one that happened to me that I havnt seen anyone talk about and that was when I did join online which I could connect to however if I tried to create a room, join a room it would say unapproved room name or sometimes even this room is empty and keeping me at the online menu screen.

To say the least I couldn't play no matter what region I used in steam, or my AA being off or hfxx or w/e it is my resolution or video quality none of that mattered, what I failed to notice was that it was my main folder was missing a file, a critical file to play it online but I could play single player and it would save and all that so I looked through my folder and found that the "online" fix folder that I was suppose to copy and paste to the games root folder didn't have the file either.

it will take you to youtube, show you how to do it step by step in high def and has a direct link for the files needed to copy and replace.

I really hope this helps anyone like me that did the whole AA off and download region trick and nothing. Still best to use AA Hfxx but this should make online work a lot better if your problem is similar to mine in anyway.

What kind of fix is that? And many comments state that the game just doesn't open after that, I am not trying that.

ill take your comments and test them right now to see what my findings are.

1. first issue you reported was that the game didnt open, it does, online and offline. I just tried it.

2. second issue was that you couldnt play singleplayer offline if you did this method, that is also not true I just did so in fight-ladder match offline and online both worked fine with no problems.

If theres any other problems you might run into with this method just comment and ill personal test it out on my pc so that I can report my findings, and if need be ill relay my specs if that helps with any of this. Please let me know if this has helped change your mind about this method, thanks.

Lol unno im playing online right now on russia central. You can not try it and have the problem or try it and if worse comes to worse delete the file and no harm so not sure why you wouldnt want to? But ill be on for about 20 more minutes if you decide to.
