Error when starting the game : D3D Runtime Not Installed ( Ошибка при запуске игры)

Help me please, MKKE been set, but after formatting the disk tried to install as a result produces an error:
D3D Runtime Not Installed
This game requires the June 2010 DirectX Redistributable package.
Please reinstall the game.
I tried to reinstall the game and DirectX but nothing has changed. But before formatting the disks game runs fine!

Помогите пожалуйста , MKKE была установлена , но после форматирования дисков попробовал установить и в итоге выдает ошибку:
D3D Runtime Not Installed

Идет запрос на пакет DirectX June 2010 Redistributable и просит переустановить игру , переустанавливал игру и DirectX бесполезно.. Однако до форматирования дисков игра запускалась на ура!

I have one that will blow your mind.

I played fine for awhile, then the D3D error appeared, and now can't run it at all and it locks up and crashes both itself *and* Steam.

I'll give you a video. Do everything as well. But this video on Russian so here are a few words that may be needed. Файл - file , Сохранить - Save , Свойства - Properties , Атрибуты - Attributes , Только чтение - read-only. Thank you very much. I will try this next time I install. I had only made the DXDiag.txt file read only and not the other file.
