How to play Mortal Kombat online in 2021?

I never bought the game on steam, and now since they took it out from steam store, how can you play it online?

You do actually own the game on your Steam account, and you can play online by choosing the option "online" in the main menu. Don't expect to find many people to play with though.

In most cases it's better to use Remote Play as it's much less laggy.

Thank god I was able to make that cd key work, they had to send me the third one actually, but I still can't even launch the game, it just crashes on startup.
