It's not tracking. What exactly is the problem here?

Have you tried restarting the game? Like quit and it'll bring you back to SteamVR and then try calibrating it there then jump back into the game? Sometimes just fully restarting your headset or a game might just fix the whole thing since I feel that frustration. I'm not getting the same poses that people are getting in their videos.

This is what I do. Boot up to steam VR. Set your height by putting your controllers on the ground, stand to full height. Then pick them back up. Assume T pose with your head straight at full height, and do the thumbs maneuver with your wrists. Go into VRchat, I prefer to do this with a mirror. Make sure in calibration Elbow tracking is off, tracking is locked. Calibrate FBT, press both triggers to engage your avatar WHILE you are doing T pose, then make the movement for FBE. Best to note to make sure you have the "trackers" registered too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OIikYiIguLc

so i found out how to calibrate your avatar in vrchat with oculus.

1. When you press the FBT calibration, it will put you into the t-pose.

2. Flick your controllers to where the Standable calibration is active and press the right hand controller's trigger. that should connect your avatar to the trackers.

3. Then you turn off the standable calibration mode and it should work.

That's how i got it working at least. I found the trigger button completely by accident and by myself. Even after looking at about the 10 standable tutorials out there, I couldn't find a mention of pressing the trigger. Hopefully this helps <3

I did that before and I still had some issues when it came to my legs. They started criss-crossing. Hitting the trigger changes from I believe its 5-point to 16-point if I remember and I found the 16-point to be working the best and what it should be i'm guessing. I'll try that again when I can because i'm not sure what order I should've been calibrating in.

Try changing the points to system instead of spherical in VRchat settings. it helped a ton. Sometimes I'll get the criss-crossing but it fixes itself once you calibrate in standable > calibrate FBT > triggers > then turn off standable calibration after.
