The old title is merely a placeholder. Technically it shouldn't even still be on steam, just how steam is.
If you never recieved it you'll have to make a support ticket as the dev has, again, shagged off.
Did you have it installed before?
If its not showing up in your game list anymore you might want to throw a support ticket at valve. Though double check you're on the right account, know some have multiple accounts and now and then forget which one they're logged into and which had what games. But yeah if that's not the case, definitely fire off a support ticket.
Either way it is clearly an error, but might be relevant for how it can be fixed.
I believe there is a misunderstanding.
What you received is not a license of the complete game, it was a license for the beta testing period.
This type of license, allow you to play the game during the period the beta testing is open. Once the beta testing period concluded, the game will not be available on your library and you will need to purchase the game at the Steam store if you wish to continue playing the game.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Luis"
No he didn't. The publisher has taken possession and the dev has no desire for you to rebuy it. he has specifically said that as far as he is concerned the response from Steam quoted above is wrong.
