Yes, that's the reason I haven't bought the first, and not buying the second either, I HAVE to rely on online population and play with randoms, why can't I just play local co-op with people that I know in real life and live with me inside the same house?

Do they really think I'm getting another computer, another copy of the game, just so I can play local 2 player?

And before someone sugest I get a steamdeck for the second player, they cost 2 months worth of rent here in the country I live.

split-screen was made exclusive to the Playstation versions of the game. probably some sort of licensing deal.
