Some of the other screen settings might also be integer scaled, but I'm not a fan of the other layouts so I can't confirm. I know the default one isn't!
I think you're right!
BUT - it depends on how the game window is scaled it seems. At the default windowed resolution of 1080p the only setting that seems to have even integer scaling is option 2. When I alt-enter the game into full screen on my 1440p monitor, it stretches it further and results in uneven pixels (even on setting 2).
So ultimately it seems like 2 is the answer, as long as you stick to 1080p. I had dismissed option 2 on the steam deck because it didn't look right, but it seems this is a result of the lower resolution (however option 4 does scale evenly, which explains my first post).
The main screens are very close in 1 & 2, but the small screens are pretty bad.
Option 5 is the worst one for pixel size consistency.
I haven't tried the Steam version, but based on the Switch one it depends on your resolution.
At 720p (Switch handheld mode and Steam Deck), only screen layout 4 gets you integer scaling.
Meanwhile, at 1080p (Switch docked mode) it's screen layout 2.
