As a kid, we had very little to judge games by. The internet wasn't really a thing and reviews in magazines were often flat out wrong, just like today. Oftentimes we would pick up a new game and, seeing Capcom or Konami on the box, know it was good. They are a special developer to me because of those foundational memories.

Seeing this company start to come back to life fills me with optimism. Please, give us SOTN on Steam finally....While you work on a brand new SOTN-inspired 2D Castlevania for all platforms, the most ambitious and highest-budget entry yet!

With respect, I don’t believe you. The game was developed and published by Konami and the music was composed by Michiru Yamane who works for Konami. All information I pulled from the wiki for SotN. Do you have any sources to back your claim?

I don't think this is true whatsoever as the game is also available on several non sony platforms and there is no logical reason that Sony would own the music which was composed in-house by Konami. You are talking in another post about sony copyright striking stuff on Youtube, that does not mean they own the music, that means they're using their position to illegally abuse IP law.
