About the Luck stat

It was broken in the original (in DoS at least). It's fixed here? If not, could we patch it?

It appears to be fixed... Either that or JupiterClimb in getting Devil soul was too high. Needs testing I'd say.

I was playing the definitive edition rom hack right before this dropped, and I honestly have the feeling they fixed it, as souls have been dropping more frequently for me (this ofc could just be luck/placebo, we wont know until people are able to extract the roms).

Also, considering the fact that they restored niche things like the red effect in the Ape Skeleton's death animation, they have definitely have bothered with messing with the more obscure stuff in the game.

Peeping Eye being a massive pain in the ass to drop aside, so far I've been having decentish soul drop rates, so fingers crossed they actually fixed it.
