No single screen mode
Pretty annoyed something offered on basic emulators wasn't offered in this port. No option to play with a single screen mode that let's you swap between screens is a pretty crap oversight.

I'll stick to just emulating the game till then. Don't feel like paying for basic features missing that you can get in the Mega Man ZX Collection or on an emulator.

Came here hoping people just weren't posting pictures with the map toggled off. That's a shame the screens are presented this way with no options

Wish they add single screen mode where I can press back button for map screen and start button for status/inventory screen.

A transparent overlay with the second screen on top of the gameplay screen would be nice. It was a nice thing to have on the ZX/Zero collection.

This isn't hard to do via modding. There are a set of values in memory that control the scaling and position of each screen.

Main screen only, centered:

Main screen centered, with small sub screens:

Hopefully they'll add it in a future update.

I don't think it's a static address.

Search for this hex byte sequence and you'll see the start of the x/y scale values for the three screens, which are all floats: 00 00 20 40 00 00 20 40 00 00 A0 3F

Search for this sequence and these are the x/y position of each screen, also floats: 00 00 A0 C3 00 00 00 00 00 00 20 44

You need screen type 1 selected when searching for those sequences.

I might try to make a trainer for this, but I won't get that done today.

At least allow us to switch between screens. I can barely see anything on the map. Some of us don't have 100 inch tvs.

This! I can't believe I spend 3 hours of figuring out what to do next and all because I missed one spot of map. Freaking hard to see and it's very easy to overlook.
