Changes from the originals

Aside from the DoS seal thingy, and the quality of life improvements, was anything else changed from the original games? Any altered sprites, artwork, removed tracks/content? Just curious. You never know with how some of these re-releases of old games are today. I checked the official website for the collection and it mentions nothing about it, so I assume the games are untouched, yes? The price is looking a little steep but I'm really interested in buying this because PoR is my favorite Castlevania

The Magic Seals are now QTEs so you can play them with a controller in lieu of a touchscreen.
The only other thing that comes to mind is that the bonus Rare Ring isn't obtainable any more. in the original Dawn of Sorrow, if you started a new game while your Nintendo DS had Aria of Sorrow in the GBA slot, then Soma would start with a Rare Ring in his inventory as a sort of fun bonus for fans who had both games. ...The Rare Ring is obtainable elsewhere later on, so it isn't a unique item or anything, but speedrunners did love the freebie one to sell for easy earlygame money, haha.

The intro movies have been moved to the launcher menu, likely because the codec used by the originals now belongs to Nintendo.

The background buildings in Dawn of Sorrow and Portrait of Ruin are no longer antialiased but instead rendered at a higher resolution.

Oh, I vaguely remember that Portrait of Ruin and Order of Ecclesia supported some Nintendo DS Wi-Fi things, I think there was a "shop mode" where you could buy and sell items from players over the internet. I'm pretty sure these features are removed for this version, just like how the soul trade option was removed from the Advance Collection. It's no big deal but it is a change.

Oh sure, these "console exclusive" features are expected to be removed when an older game is re-released on Steam, not an issue for me at all.
