Ubisoft Connect won't log in.

Far Cry 6 (and Ubisoft Connect) worked fine for a couple days. Then yesterday UbiCon stopped being able to log in (despite making no significant changes to computer hardware/software).

When I try to log in directly to UbiCon I get a screen that says, "There was an error during your login to Ubisoft Connect. Please restart your client and try again. (Error dolphin-028)".

When I try to start FC6 through Steam I get a screen that says, "Connection Lost. A Ubisoft service is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

I never had any issue with FC6 itself, Steam works fine, and I can log in to the Ubisoft website. Its entirely an issue with UbiCon.

I cannot even play offline because one of the things I tried to get this fixed was reinstalling UbiCon...and it prevents offline if the game hasn't been run online once.

Here are the things I have read about as possible solutions and already tried:
Restarting UbiCon
Restarting PC
Reinstalling UbiCon
Restarting my modem/router
Changing the time server and syncing it
Waiting 24+ hours
Changing my password
And a dozen other things I can't even recall

After about a week I got a response from support...which was to ask if I still needed support (nothing else) and that the issue would be considered resolved if they didn't get a response in 2 days.

So yeah. They cannot respond to tickets in anything resembling a reasonable amount of time, but if I don't respond immediately they drop the whole thing.

Unless I hear they've turned things around at some point I'm never buying another game from Ubisoft.
