Low GPU usage fix?

Hello, i have some issue with performance in game.
I see soo many post from this, but i never see any good solution.

I have I7-10700k , and RTX 3090 with 32Gb ram, iam play in 2k resolution and when i play the game , it only use 40% from cpu, and 15-20% from GPU, this is so wierd, and my fps is around 60-70, but its srop soo many times.

Have any good solution for this issue, because it's hard to enjoy the game like this.

How good is your internet connection? Spotty connections for ubisoft and denovuo could cause problems I guess.

Sorry but i not realy understand what is the connection between my gpu usages and my internet, but my network speed around 100MBit/s

i was able to fix GPU usage by:
1. right click far cry 6 in library
2. click manage - browse local files
3. click bin folder
4. click and right click farcry6.exe
5. click properties and go to compatibility
6. tick "run this program as an administrator"
7. click apply and run the game through steam as normal

you should see an increase in GPU usage, this is what helped me go from 40% usage to around 70 - 95 usage and an increase in frames. Hopes this helps
