Can I skip the "trans in Yara" quest line?

As the title says. Can I skip this quest and still progress the story? Considering doing ng+ but won't bother if I can't skip this garbage "inclusive" quest.

So I enjoy the Far Cry franchise and hate how they're intent on destroying it to push their agenda.

Tell me how having a fairly large quest line around the struggles of being trans in a guerrilla warfare game adds to the story in any way? I would say to detracts from it if anything.

Also, I have my wife and two sons on my friends list but yeah I'm my parents basement

The story is utter rubbish, and the trolls know it. If games get any more woke will game makers have to remove weapons and kill mechanics, because nothing is more anti-woke than hurting and killing people. Only not many realise this, least of all the trolls.

There is a reason why gamers love to kill orcs, tanks, aliens, robots or insects, why such games sell, and why games cannot be about killing kids, jews, fat people or transsexuals. Nobody wants to deal with society's morals when they can have weapons to kill problems. This is what shooters and all games with kill mechanics have always been about, to allow people to experience immorality within a controlled setting. This is what makes the games fun.

The gaming industry fell for the social media BS and is now paying the price with receding customers. If they wanted to make a truly woke shooter would they have to allow gamers to kill trans- and homosexuals, vegans, and whatnot, and we all know this is never going to happen. Imagine a game with a transsexual dictator and an army of homosexuals, and you get to free the world of him/her... Not ever happening, and this is the problem with wokeness in games. They will never make games fair, equal and just for all to allow gamers to fully act against society's morals. They will only ever portrait minorities and vulnerable people as good and not allow you to kill them, least of all for being who they are, in the same way as many games do not allow you to kill kids or not include kids to get around the moral dilemma.

In other words, adding woke characters to games is like adding more kids to games. These then end up as decoration for players to tolerate or to ignore, but not to be killed, mauled, chopped, burned, stabbed, bludgeoned, poisoned, head-shotted, cursed, lasered, drop-kicked, etc.. And no gamer in their right mind would ever ask for this.

The trend is only virtue-signalling by some people in the gaming industry. Until the industry realises that it makes them into joykills will only more companies go out of business. And they deserve to go bust.

You may not agree with people transitioning, you don't have to, you aren't expected to like everything, it's not Lego. But you will find, in the big bad world, that there is plenty you don't like, or don't agree with. That is life, get used to it. Personally, I have no feeling either way with transitioning. What difference does it make to anything?

In COD MW2 there was one mission "No Russian" that the developers gave you a choice to play or not due to content some could consider offensive.

Maybe next time the developers of FC will add a snowflake option for those so easily offended.


And to address your calling me a "soyboy". Well, I'm 1,86 m (6'1"), 105 kilo (230lbs) and muscular, I work out daily, I'm also former U.S. Army, been to jump school, air assault school, Ranger school, and I did a combat tour in Iraq.

The "problem" with FC6, is that it was a poorly made game that failed on pretty much everything that mattered. The AI in this game was (is) a broken joke, but it still sold well.

and the really funny part is that on his profile he wrote....Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.

Considering his ranting here, the ranting about everything from vegans to trans people in several of his game reviews, and the fact that he has a game ban, it's easy to see he ignores his own advice....bit hypocritical in my opinion
