why is this game allergic to cloud saves?
and how to fix it? and don't tell me to turn it off. i want it saved in the cloud

never mind that message, it sometimes says that but your saves will be in the cloud anyway. When the game process hasnt end properly, Ubisoft Connect cannot read the saves.
However, there is another cloud save function within the game, just go to main menu, open Select Save and upload your save to cloud.

what? it doesn't have steam cloud

not steam. but when you exit the game, the ubisoft launcher throws up an error message saying that the game could not be synchronized with the cloud.
