it looks bad

even with every reflection and shadow on ultra, HD textures, resolution scale up to 1.5 it still looks bad compared to old FarCry titles, my character doesn't have shadow... am I missing something? playing at 90-100fps/hz it's still so blurry it makes me dizzy. can I boost draw distance somehow?

Check if you don't have upscaling turned on by accident and if your resolution isn't lower than your screen because that may cause blurring even with scaling your resolution. Aside from that there really isn't much difference between the graphics settings, hell I play on low shadow settings because it looks so much better than blurry ass ultra.
