Increase FOV?

Any way to increase FOV beyond 81? Still way too tight and unplayable. I tried the "Display Mods" from pcgamingwiki but it doesn't work.

Edit: Fixed it using Display Mods" from pcgaming wiki. Needed to press F8 to enable the mod and F9 to disable the max fov limit, then F7 to increase fov.

Edit 2: Even better fix is to use Libertad mod which unlocks 120 fov for 32:9 ratio.

Did you mod your slider to 120? Default is 81.

mods won't work as they're incompatible with the latest game builds

Are you looking at FOV or refresh rate? FOV is in advanced settings. Just double checked and it's 81 max fov. I see refresh rate is 120.

fov goes to 120, nothing to do with refresh rates

What the heck, how did you unlock that? Mine maxes out at 81. Are you on the steam version? Did you do any mods or edits?

i have it on both steam and ubiconnect and it's the same on both

there's nothing to "unlock", you just go to advanced options under video and it's there

no mods, no edits, fresh install

Mod manager needs a update. I think the mod manager can't handle the steam version yet because it's a different new game version.

Does the Libertad mod lock the FOV to what you want for swimming, climbing and riding horses?

Libertad mod fixes everything fov related. It's wonderful. Unlocks 120 fov for ultrawide and keeps it there for swimming and vehicle driving. Can't play this game without that mod.

i installed the FC6 Mod installer and i see the FOV things but how do i activate the slider ingame ? want another Weapon FOV and cant get it done. TY
