Fire won't stop burning

Does anyone know of a bug a mod is causing that makes fire burn forever? It also goes invisible depending on how far away I am when it starts. I sent an amigo in a base and someone was throwing molotolvs, when I eventually entered there was an invisible fire where the molotolvs were and it could still burn. The mod packs I downloaded are the Libertad, Project Lion's Roar, and jet pack. Any of the sub mods from these can cause this issue?
