(Help!!) I can't coop

My girlfriend and I just bought the game from a previous sale and the problem happens every time when me or my girlfriend want to join each other. The game always pops up the window says "Please wait while we are connecting to far cry 6 servers"
after a while it says
"The operation took longer than expected, please try again later. ATTENTION: Trapper-DD21DD09"
PLEASE help us, I tried to google it for a whole day but nothing seemed to work. T T

[Dynamic FPV]

My brother got Far Cry 6 on PS5 and I got it on PC Steam. It let us add each other as friends on Ubisoft and I can send him a co op game invite but he can't see it. Also the friends icon shows no friends online. How do we play co op?

the game does not feature co op play between a console version and a PC version

both of you would have to own either the PC version or

both players must own the exact same console version

the game does not support cross play across two totally different platforms

PS4 and 5 is its own platform _ playstation network

X box is again its own platform _ X box network

PC is again yes its own platform

console versions use a totally different set of networks and protocols vs PC

yes you can make a friends request but that's about it ...via UBI connect

to play co op together both of you need to be on the same platform

it does not matter if you bought the game on steam you can still play with people on PC that have the stand alone ubi connect PC VERSION or a copy bought on epic as long as its the PC version

but the platform has to match ie console to console

or PC to PC

very few games support cross platform play ..and no this is not one of them

and on PC each user must have their own unique IP address

Hello i wonder if you still playing the game but i maybe found how to fix it,
i was in game and trying to find something in options, and i clicked on "Store" button by accident, and it connected to game servers, and i tried to click on coop button and it worked!!!!

Still have this problem today. This is why I try to stay away from Ubisoft games.
