Frame Drops! Please Help!

Hi everyone, so I’m experiencing a very specific issue with Farcry 6 and no-one seems to have the same issue and every “fix” available on YouTube is not working.

So my specs are

Ryzen 7 5800x
Radeon RX 6600xt
32gb ddr4 3200
1TB Samsung evo

I play the game on

Ultra(everything)
1440p
165hz

Super resolution (Ultra Quality)
HD Textures : OFF

And when I turn my pc on and boot the game it runs great, it states that I’m using around 6.5gb of my 8gb of VRAM

And I’m getting a solid 80fps

But, at random times after about 3hours of game play, when I open a menu or use the work bench, the frames will drop to 10fps or even lower and it will not fix itself

When I quit the game to the main menu and look at my settings, the slider the. States I’m using over 9gb of VRAM

The I have to restart my whole rig and boot Farcry again then it works again for about 3hours and the process continues

I play a lot of demanding games like Cyberpunk, Red Dead and all of them are running fine

Can someone please give me advice

I really like the game but this is becoming so frustrating

Gonna go on tangent and say could be the game itself got 3 to 4 freezes flying around on my ps4, it could be a map and cicles thing but i not can exactly say a fix other that turn down the resolution, it got a massive map maybe 30 minutes of fly from ne to sw

I managed to find a workaround. I just turned the settings to HIGH and turned Super resolution off. So I'm now playing at native 1440p on HIGH, Refresh from 165 to 144, frame capped at 75fps and it looks like the issue might be gone. The ULTRA setting with high refresh rate is causing VRAM leakage on the Radeon GPU's.
