I'm Unable to Progress

I'm near the end of the game and one of the few missions on my screen is Paradise Lost. However, I can't start the mission. The marker is suppose to appear orange but it's white which means it's not registering the mission. How do I start the mission? Did I glitch the game by not doing it early on in the game?

No.

Check these until one hopefully solves it:
1. Hover over mission icon in map view and press 'T' 3-4 times.
2. Find mission in Journal and press 'F' to track it.
3. Press 'Esc' and check menu—click on 'Resign from current mission' or similar if it's there.
4. Verify files.
