input lag can be many issues with your _PC especially drivers
check for updated chip-set drivers for your motherboard on the makers web page ..i say that because yes , you may have some crappy windows driver auto installed ....and remember some usb posts are not the same on your motherboard and yes may be slower for input , check your motherboard manual and plug your mouse into a usb 3.0 port (some front ports may be slower unless you install the right cable on the motherboard header and have front usb 3.0 headers )
i use a Logitech g 400 gaming mouse or my G 402 ..no issues with an old asus Z 270 H motherboard
on any AMD system dunno i dont buy those .. but i know you need updated chipset drivers for any motherboard and you need to check your wiring and motherboard manual ..especially of you buy a store built PC
and above all ...never trust windows to install the right drivers for your chipset
Its not a hardware related issue outside of using an AMD based GPU and as far as drivers everything is up to date that needs to be, its not an ancient motherboard so spec wise its more than up to the task
Except the input lag was only in FC6, not in anything else which rules out settings related issues
Nope, could try making sure you have all your drivers up to date etc, sorry i know thats not of much use :(
