"refugee rescue" bandido operation mathematically impossible to complete
I only get 20 guerrillas, and every single option of every single step of the operation causes casualties, meaning at the VERY MINIMUM I will be taking at least 10 casualties before the final part. And the fifth part requires SIXTEEN GUERRILLAS TO COMPLETE.....

Did the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ devs even do basic math before releasing this???

no you need to rank up more to complete that task

remember rescue everyone you come across

this adds to your guerrilla base of solders available

its not impossible as i have already completed the game twice and all operations

i have more money than i can spend and more recruits than i need

If you are writing about total in the people in the guerrilla pool and that is depleted; Run around map and do sidequests, release hostages, seize checkpoints wait for prisoner trucks release, blow AA sites (on the way you find all sorts of distressed people ), low hanging fruit et al (I leave military bases alone for now ) and you will have gorillas galore to spend on human wave tactics in those missions .

If you are writing about missions only STARTING with 10- 20 people to "spend" then yes, that is all you get even if there are 500 gurellas in the barracks.

You have to make choices where a reasonable amount of casualties will likely occure before you reach the end of the mission chain.

The event choices gives you projected casualties and select those with fewish in regards to the number of people available to you (generally have to spend some other resource instead).

I think you need to expand your horizons in-game.

What I mean is that you can recruit easily for bandido's if you do so. In conflict mostly at checkpoints don't shoot up paria red trucks but rescue them from inside. I caught a fish recently which gave me 9 bandido in reward. Holster your weapons when walking on road near execution enemy about to shoot prisoner and single shot or knife throw them dead to release hostage and ususlly gain 5 bandido easily. Holster your weapons more often and most patrol will ignore you early and you can save hostages in your own timing.

Leaders are harder usually because of a longer or harder quest required to see through but ultimately very rewarding.

Get more gear in arsenal before you expand to your rebel army or bandido assignments they are not meant to work too early. It is all very well balanced and also please don't fall into the 'blame game' generation pool but think rather that it's 'my mistakes' and do it again. I die a lot and it's okay for a game if you enjoy it.
