Cant switch computers with ubisoft connect.

hey y'all, i don't have a Reddit account or anything else so i guess ill do it in a ubisoft game. i want to play games between my gaming pc and gaming laptop but ubisoft connect keeps on logging out on a computer when i log in to another. I am not trying to play games at the same times but simply want to use my ubisoft connect account with two computers. i tried 2 step auth. for the trusted devices stuff but it still did not work. Any ways to fix this problem i don't want to keeps logging in to my computers each time i use another.

You can't use same account on both computers at the same time. That is why you been logged out when you log in on other computer.

not the same time, i just want the account to be on both but it will log out of the other while doing so.

If you are trying to keep your progression between the laptop and PC then you need to do cloud saves with Ubi. If you are not this could be why the launcher is wacky. They allow you to log in with different devices, just can't play on two devices at the same time, which I am sure you know.

Connect can be buggy so maybe try deleting the cache for Connect and see if that helps keep you logged in. Some people have this issue and some don't, just a bug I think. I didn't see this issue with Connect but I see others have and deleting the cache seemed to help them.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache and then log back in and see if it stays logged in.

The issue is still the same for me. Cannot turn off one and then go to another. They will still log me out

welp, unacceptable, it should not care how many community tabs/clients I have in standby, it should only block two copies OF THE EXACT SAME GAME from running at one time, I should be able to run things like game servers(empyrion is a notable bug with steam BTW as running the game server with an active client causes the entire account to refuse to run the client too without force-quitting the server, a separate appid and even file set(clearly a BUG))
