Game is too easy?

Hey guys, ive put maximum dificulty i can ingame and game is still too easy, i just bash through enemies, kill them fast and they dont even put much resistance, yes i died couple of times but compared to previous fc games this is just ridicolously too easy... Also many times i enter military bases, bunkers etc and there are no enemies to kill, there is bunch of loot though but no enemies, so whats up with that? Is this some kind of glitch where npcs despawn/are not spawned?

Agreed. I've finished the game on the hardest difficulty and then finished again with a New Game+ from that save. Way too easy with way too few enemies. I just played FC4 and FC5 again and there's a huge difference between those and FC6. I've even played half the game with the entire UI disabled on the hardest difficulty and it still ends up being way too easy. Wish there was a way to adjust the number of enemies so that you don't just get 4 at every outpost no matter what.

i feel like you're using cheats because the only time i've ever went into a base and its been empty is when i use the teleport cheat. if you want a challenge then use vanilla clothes and a shotgun with short range. i've been using a shotgun myself and it's been pretty chaotic.

If i would use cheats then i wouldnt complain that game is too easy.
Also using ♥♥♥♥♥♥ weps from the start of the game should not determine overall dificulty.

Are you playing with keyboard and mouse or controller? My guess is that it feels easy with keyboard and mouse because it is so much easier to aim. With controller the auto aim automatically targets the body of soldiers. Hitting headshots or environment targets like explosive barrels is hard without aiming down sights.

Yeah playing on PC, but regardless of that previous far cry games were much tougher and you could die if you were too much reckless. Now i just straight run into military base, kill all 4 enemies (which is ridicolous, there should be at least 20-30) and headshot everyone, only special forces are some kind of match it would seem.

idk how your experience is so much different than mines, i just tried to suggest a way to make it more entertaining for you, in my game everywhere i go there's a tank and helicopter and of course when you attack them the special forces bar zooms up. i b line bases for choppers because i love flying around blowing them up (like in just cause) and they at least have a truck with a man mounted on the gun so im trying to understand how you only have 4 besides at check points.

Yeah my game is quite populated with soldiers, copters, tanks, planes, etc. I fast traveled to a checkpoint yesterday and within seconds there were trucks I started taking out for supplies. Then came the soldiers, tanks and after I used my supremo on the tank a copter shows up and more soldiers. I handle it and find the game to be super fun! I just wish the rescued folks or farm workers would realize you cannot stand in fire and move. I keep backups for this reason because I hate to see the "don't kill innocent civilians" message three minutes after I leave an area because someone just stood in the fire and I have no way to make them move. :)

Seriously? What the hell then, why do i have such low count of npcs... Also i barely see a tank, choppers are somewhat less rare but still not enough of them in my opinion, only black market missions on any dificulty that isnt lowest is challenge.

Not sure. I don't mod so game is vanilla. I actually had a message from the game yesterday the soldiers are better equipped/stronger now and have more air support after clearing out a spot for a mission.

Playing New Dawn again and it's night and day compared to FC6. There are more enemies at a level 1 outpost in ND then there are at any outpost in 6. It's really a shame since 6 does have some good points to it. Difficulty just isn't one of them.

Exactly, idk why everyone says the game is balanced or not easy at all, glad to find out im not the only one!

i dont know how ur bases aren't full of npcs. I tried entering a level 7 base with level 3 gear and got my ass handed to me. Just played fc5 before this and loved it so bought fc6. Have only played like 6 hrs till now so i dont know much but sniping is harder here,atleast thats what i feel. In fc5, i would get the sa-50 suppressed, snipe the whole base in less than 5 min. Eazy af. Taking bases here seemed like a struggle since mostly i play as a sniper and havent opened any 1tap hs snipers till now. Fking love that crocodile.

Same here npcs everywhere. I just took a checkpoint and once the animation was over and our people showed up I had a helicopter and two tanks to deal with. Doesn't count the npcs baddies on horses or cars... Love the game for sure and yes the croc is amazing! I have the squatty small dog right now. He is cute but I am trying to hang in there and get all of his levels cause he isn't too useful. :)
