"e" interact key doesn´t work on Juan of a kind mission

Hi. Just started the game. On the "Juan of a kind mission" the "e" key doesn't work when I try to interact with the supplies crate. It works everywhere else, just not there no matter from what angle. I have reached out to Ubisoft too but they recommended restarting the game, which of course also didn't help. Any suggestions?
