What the most effiecent way to get all the collectables in each region?

Coming back to this game with the only mod being a FOV fix for vehicles/ladder/swimming ect. Is there a good way to clear each province of all collectibles I know using the flying buggy is ok at it but is there a faster way? Since half the time discovered parts of the map still don't show Libertad crates
