Best version to buy?

4 versions...guessing the season pass doesn't include all dlc. Worth it to get the other edition or just base? It's clear as mud what comes in each version the way they have it listed.

I would take the base game (the DLC are not worth it imo).

I always used to buy their 'ultimate/gold' editions of games but over the years have found it's too much content for me before I feel like moving on. If you're looking for a 50 to 100 hour game, the base is all you need. Ubi's dlc are usually just addons and don't integrate anything back into the base games besides some cosmetics and weapons. Depends on how much time you're wanting out of it.

depends personally I like the DLC missions. you can also buy the gold edition + the lost between worlds is a little bit cheaper than the game of the year edition. and the only thing missing is a few outfits.

Yea that's what I was leaning to. Previous games dlc's were way short. I'll just get the $13.50 version.

get the standard for now you can buy the GOTY upgrade pack later if you decide to, the base game has plenty to do the map is huge once you get off the starter island
