From the Flags/Outpost, these will ALWAYS have a Vehicle Pickup Point, which are of course used to send any vehicle, but mainly enemy vehicles as I'll state why below, it's also used to call in any vehicles you have brought to the vehicle pickup point that you wish to drive
The extra bit of saving vehicles, specifically civilian vehicles, you can use your camera to scan them and they will be saved without having to bring them specifically to a vehicle pickup point, enemy vehicles can't be scanned this way, so you'll need to manually drive them to an outpost you control in order to save them for later use
So it's generally wise to take a few outposts from each section of the map and take control of them so that you don't have to drive as far away, I ended up driving over 5,000km because I forgot to take an outpost in a specific region
