Huge FPS drop after opening menu or map!

I got huge fps drop from 80 fps to 9 fps whenever I open maps or game menu! I searched all over the web but found no good solution regarding this issue! I don't know why but the game is unplayable I need to restart the game again and after a minute it goes back to 9fps.

i bought the game but i cannot play it because of this. I love the game but I hope they would send an update patch regarding this issue.

It comes and goes for me too. Trying out different visual settings to see if anything works.

i tried all of this but still it goes back again when i open in game TAB menu that huge fps drop kicks in and I need to restart my pc and run the game again. It will take some time to lag again just do open the tab menu after speaking to an NPC.

Just turn off texture HD pack, I did it yesterday and hadn't problems in map and cut-scenes

Same. I usually have around 40-50fps. But as soon as I open the menu. It puts my fps down to 5 and then goes up to 15 fps, but my game when I got back into playing stays at 15fps so I have to reload my game. I think the games not optimised properly.

Because with HD Texture pack when I played, I had 80+ FPS for 1 or more hour but when I had cut-scene or map using I had 9 fps after this, and only restart the game can help me. I think HD texture pack haven't good optimization for this game and have critical problems. So I decide don't use this ♥♥♥♥:)
