Sorry to hear about this Snowshoe error! I've had a look, and it seems this is a security thing that happens if the Ubisoft Connect overlay isn't active. Please make sure the overlay is active in Ubsoft Connect by following the guide here[www.ubisoft.com] in reverse, and then try again. Let me know if it still doesn't work, and we can try something else.

Is it persistent or intermittent?

Ubisoft Support, be aware that your servers drop out intermittently all the time with overlay active. They're the most unreliable servers I've ever seen.
