You should fix that when converting a province you could go to the desired province by clicking it

Please fix the pronoia system. Pronoia grants were financial instruments, they did not make the recipients autonomous vassals with their own borders separate from the empire. I really believe that the lightest bit of research would have informed you of this.

If you play Extended Timeline, this patch messes up a lot of government reforms and makes them inaccessible, in turn making the game pretty unplayable. You can go to properties on EU4 and change it to Pre-patch. Weird that bug patches cause more issues than fix lol. Glad I did not buy Winds of Change.
