Could you increase the dev cost in reduction in mountains estate privilege for the Inca? Preferably to make mountains have a dev cost of +5% like drylands and have highlands and hills both have +10%. Generally the mountains was where most of their population lived and it will be more expensive to develop the mountains than the hills and highlands, and even the grasslands, where very few Incans lived. Even after the malus(which I like), the Mountains are still more expensive than grasslands to develop.

As long as the trade 'flows naturally' away from some regions towards some other regions for no other reasons then 'the game says so' I feel myself drawn to the regions where the trade flows to.

If PDX wants my money for EU5 there has to be a new, more dynamic trade system otherwise I don't see a reason to switch.

I second that! The current trade system is very boring and new engine should be capable of proper trade mechanics. Even copy paste organic EU3 trade would do. It made the whole empire building and enemy blobs dismantling much more interesting and strategic. Oh my, just talking about it makes me really miss trade rivalries and fighting over control in EU3. It made each run different instead of expanding to the same provinces where trade is overpowered.
