EU5 must have at least three starting dates. Experience of countries in relatively short period of time may require different strategies. Look at France for example: begining, middle and outcome of 100-Years-War. Also, crusades would be more interesting.

EU V, not for me. Let me with EU IV that is a complete game with lots of content. I don't really get some people.

eu4 is a broken outdated mess, it has only gotten worse over time.

Good opportunity to thank those incredible modders. That's a really impressive and game changer mod. I only played EU4 with this mod those last years.

i really like this mod. my only complaint is that when you play any certain start date. the map will look almost the same 100-200 yeas later. i believe it needs more railroading

Happy to hear it! Indeed I think it's essential to show off the great mods out there. And Extended Timeline is certainly popular for good reason

my only real issue with extended timeline is its blatant USA bias :/
in the modern day scenario the US provinces are deved to an overpowered level - how the ♥♥♥♥ does DENVER have more dev than LONDON???

Probably 2024-2025, considering they usually take 1-2years in between their major releases.

EU4 is currently the oldest one of their supported titles so it makes sense for 5th one to be next major release after Vic3...unless theres a new IP or a surprise sequel to their more obscure titles like Sengoku or March of the Eagles.

Love Expanded Timeline. I have dumped hundreds if not a thousand hours into, such a solid mod. It's my favorite alongside Anbennar, hoping for continued updates for Expanded Timeline and thanks again to the team ^^
