You destroyed the fun for me to play it in single player since 1.28 and following versions, now you destroyed the game completely.
Didn't you read anything anybody wrote after Emperor DLC? You started breaking the game, after you changed the religious and colonizing system. You continued breaking the game with mercenary changed and caused debth spirale to ai what made favor system obsolete (adding other use for the favors doesn't fix the debth issue). And with governing capacity, ai got the finishing hit and is unable to manage any of the new mechanics.
And your debth "solution" doesn't work at all, because that causes ai to field not only double the amount of army, but multiple times the max force limit (if you got confronted with one single 4 province north american native with 70k troops, while you as portugal are limited to max 30k you might know what I mean).
Make a proper roll back to the game (and not to the broken 1.31.6 version before DLC release) and then take the months you obviously need to fix the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ update!
