Good lord that modern firearm techniques nerf was hard when I saw it for the first time. From %20 to %5 is brutal, now it is at least half nerfed, preserving the name of its former glory.

I had an extreme bug happen in my austria campaign I was unable to change my vote from bavaria and everytime I opened the emperor tab the audio would glitch out it kinda broke my game.

Does the patch also fix the random pope joining the HRE without reason in the first 50 years?
