Attaching Units

I have friendly units stacked and I can't attach them?

Select them by dragging a square around them with the mouse, and click on the two facing arrows at the top of the army screen to join them.

Thanks I was trying to attach through the unit interface. Is that button only for allied armies?

I don't know what you mean, but the screen appears automatically when you select the group with the mouse by dragging. I don't think you can merge armies from different countries, if that is what you mean, and you cannot control the armies of your allies.

Yeah, the chain-link button for "attach unit" is for sticking them with friendly/allied armies. To group them up you have to have every unit in the stack selected and use the >< button to combine them into a single unit.

I need all your help, im trying to drag over my armies so I select them but it only selects my Naval units. I try with land forces and it doesn work, any suggestions?

you select navies with ctrl-drag - so that might be your issue...

No no I am just dragging over my units. It wont let me select Infantry and Canons but if i do it over the naval units it works soooo

Sometimes it helps if you zoom in (enlarge) so that there is space between the army and naval units. That makes it easier to select them seperately.

no i have done that, i have moved the navies away from the land units and did it wirh precision
