Colonisation console command?

Is theree a console command to instantly colonise or expand colonisation range?
I'm playing as Scotland, and there are no provinces within my colonisation range, it's really annoying.

Play the game, advance in tech, get colonisation range.

There is no cheat to do exactly what you want but you can probably use "own <province id>" if you have to.

That's what the problem is; I've improved my colonisation range, but there still is no un-conolised land within my range. Still, I've worked out that taking Iceland from Norway will put Greenland within range, and colonising Greenland will put some Canadian territory within range. So, I don't have to resort to cheating after all :)

Well, you're not supposed to be able to colonize North America early.

I just really want to be the first country there; Scotland, after all, isn't exactly powerful, so I'm trying to establish a foothold in America before the English, French, Spanish and Portuguese turn up. It's making me a bit rushed.
Just a quick question; would it be possible to just land an army in the Americas and take land from one of the Native factions, without using a colonist?

Yes, but you shouldn't do it without a cb, which you get by maxing out the exploration idea group.

Ah, so It's either going to take a while, or going to destroy my stability. Well, I can't really afford any knocks on stability, since half of my land has English culture. Still, even if I have to wait a few more decades before colonising America, it's still been a pretty good start for my first ever EU game. Thanks for answering my questions, you've been very helpful :)
