How can i change the language ?

I want to change the language but how is that possible ? I need to remove and reinstall the game ?
There is no "language" tab for this game in the game properties.

Go to your C:\Users\%Username%\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV

Change language="l_english"

to Spanish, German or French.
