Is there a mapmode that shows my core provinces???

You can use the diplomatic mapmode, or go to the stability screen and check manage under the overextension tab.

usually diplomatic. Cores you own should be solid green. Cores in foreign countries are dashed green. Non Cores you own shoud be dashed green as well. The last one I'm not too sure. It was like that in EU3 havent seen owened non-cores in that mapmode in EU4 yet.

Also if you click "manage overextension" (or something like that) it'll show you a list of your non-cores.
