Streltsy units?

Where can I recruit Streltsy units for army?
I used the 'Establish the Streltsy' reformation, I still don't find them anywhere to recruit.

In the macro builder?

As long as you meet the conditions, which are, or used to be, "Russian Principality" or "Tsardom" , they should appear in the macro builder with a 20% force limit limit.

If not in the macro maybe you don't meet all conditions?

Under reform modifiers it should say Country allows Streltsy Infantry

You need Third Rome DLC too if not obvious.

Do you mean if I already reached 20% with other units, they don't appear to recruit?

I have all DLCs and I play Russia.

Sorry, no. What I mean is all special units (or most?) can only be recruited to a percentage of your current force limit, and Streltsy starts off at 20% of your current limit. This was an unimportant detail that I should have left out.

You can see here, I have Tsardom, I have the activated reform and I don't find this infantry unit even among the older units:

Streltsy are not one of the unit types which you can select for all your units. They are special units which you can build in the macro-builder/production interface
