Report a translation problem
As for what actually affects your rank in each category, the ledger has a page that breaks down score by country, and you can hover the mouse over someone's score in any category to see what factors are contributing to their ranking.
Pointless stupid things that have no relation to how well you're playing the game. E.g. You get military points for having a general, why if you are at peace would you waste 50 mil points on a general only for him to die before your next war? But no if I want top score I should do these silly things, and there's others, I hate the scoring system.
