Guys, pls help. I played a lot for Georgia and was horrified to see that England does not exist. And it is needed to achievein. Will the achievement be completed if the vassal is Great Britain, not England?

From the wiki:
"If one of the countries forms another country (e.g. England forms Great Britain), the new country can be vassalized to get the achievement. If one of the countries dies, care must be taken that the cores don't expire, especially for Trier which is not the primary tag of its culture. "

It's much easier to start as Austria to earn this achievement. Revoke the privilege, vassalize the necessary nations, and then culture shift to form Georgia. Here's a screenshot of me near the end of this process:
