How to remove aggressive expansion modifier?

Ok, I managed to grab 2/3 of France in about 50 years, some provinces of HRR and even got to be emperor as Byzantium. But now I want to play of HRR but I have a -900 or -500 modifier with everybody from Aggressive expansion :c I dont understand why it went so high since I have expanded eastwards mostly.

Anyway, I just want to remove this, my campaign is ending and I would have to wait 200 years untill my aggressive expansion goes out to an "acceptable" -100. I just want to remove it, even with a cheat. I would set it to -100 and play diplomatically of course.

I tried Save game editors, but they dont open my save :/ (Clausewitz editor).

first off, you say you play as Byzantium primarily moving east, well France is west of you...

secondly byzantium is orthodox. How did you become the emperor? In the new mechanics you can only become emperor as a catholic nation unless the protestants win the 30 years war.

3rd, you can used any text editor to view the save game. I suggest using notepad++ as windows own notepad will leave you waiting 4-5mins on loading.

As to where the AE is stored in it I do not know.

1- I'm much further east than west, in west I only took balkans, Italy and part of France.

2- I'm using 1.7 because my save game was not loading and I didnt want to lose this superb campaign XD

3- I tried using word, but it freezes 100%. I'll try to use it, but I need to know where it is :/

word doesn't freeze NITRO, it is just extremely slow at reading large text files. Give it some time, go watch some movies or go grocery shopping and it "might" be ready when you get back.

That or download notepad++, which loads the file in seconds ;)

That's what I did XDDD
Problem is that the file is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ huge that I'm still looking for where to modify. I'm running out of resources. Please help ;-;
